Meet Our Surgeon
Mark D. Pogue, MD, DDS, is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, known for precision, compassion, and commitment to excellence. Dr. Pogue has helped thousands of patients look better, feel better, and have more confidence. His approach is rooted in safety, comfort, and personalized care—making even the most complex procedures feel manageable and stress-free.
Dr. Pogue’s educational background and training provide the expertise to perform a variety of procedures. Facial surgeries range from complex cases involving misaligned jaws to the correction of facial injuries. Facial cosmetic procedures such as facelifts, brow lifts, and laser skin resurfacing are performed with an aesthetic eye for perfection.
Additionally, Dr. Pogue works cooperatively with other specialists such as orthodontists, dentists, and physicians to give you the best result. Most surgeries take place in the state-of-the-art, Joint Commission-accredited outpatient center attached to the office. This provides a private, monitored environment for your comfort and safety. Jennifer G.
Aesthetician & Laser TechnicianJennifer is our Licensed Medical Aesthetician. After receiving her bachelor's degree from Arizona State University, she decided to pursue a career in aesthetics and received her aesthetic license in 2003 from Paul Mitchell-The Skin Academy in Costa Mesa, California. She is also a Certified Laser Technician, specializing in photo-facials, laser hair removal, and laser peels.
Jennifer has extensive experience evaluating skin types and determining the best solutions for each individual she treats, and she has been providing patients with medical-grade treatments and skincare regimens for more than 15 years. In 2018, Jennifer pursued her passion for acne and received her certification in The Face Reality Acne Professional Program™.
With Jennifer’s expert knowledge and experience in skin care, she can work with you and help you succeed at accomplishing your skincare goals.
Cecilia
Nurse PractitionerCecilia is our Nurse Practitioner at The Pogue Center. Cecilia is highly experienced in medical aesthetics, a skill set she has perfected since 2010, and enjoys helping our Medspa patients discover the best version of themselves. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nursing at Arizona State University.
Cecilia has provided quality healthcare in multiple settings since 2003, including in hospitals, primary care, pediatric care, and medical aesthetic practices. Cecilia joined The Pogue Center in 2015.
Alison M.
Registered NurseAlison received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon College in 1985. Her hospital-based career has been in Labor and Delivery and the Emergency Department.
Alison has been practicing aesthetics for over 15 years and has seen many changes in the field. She stays up to date by attending annual trainings in all areas of aesthetics.
She developed one of the first training programs approved by the ARRA in 2005 and continues to train health professionals in Arizona to meet ARRA standards. She has served as a local and national trainer for laser and professional skin care companies, and she has been a consultant, advisor, and trainer to many medspa owners around the country.
Alison is a Laser Safety officer, has advanced training in many modalities of lasers, radio frequency, and aesthetic devices. Her favorite treatments are the ones that help improve the color and texture of her patients’ skin.
She is also an Advanced injector of Botox® and cosmetic fillers, and she loves creating a more youthful, yet natural look for her patients.

Medspa CoordinatorBorn in Northern California and raised in Arizona, Tiffany is a proud graduate of Arizona State University. She began her professional journey in education before expanding her expertise through personal assistant and client-focused roles.
With an extensive background in customer service and a natural talent for building genuine connections, Tiffany brings warmth and professionalism to her role as Medspa Coordinator. She is dedicated to ensuring each patient experience is seamless, personalized, and exceptional. Outside the office, she is a proud mother of two sons, both away at college.
